Policies

Refunds:

If you are needing to cancel an order, cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. I do not except refund requests, but I do exchange for size. If you are exchanging for size, the buyer is responsible for all postage costs relating to the exchange.

Shipping:

Because our dresses are not ready to ship, but are made to order, they require a 2-3 week processing timeframe plus the shipping method you purchased at checkout. If you are needing your order for a specific date, you MUST contact the shop, prior to purchased to make a request and receive a response as to the feasibility of your request. 

Please note: Once your order is shipped out via USPS, our shop is no longer responsible for any delays or lost packages, this is the responsibility of the service handling the shipping: USPS. Tracking will be attached to the order and any questions on tracking the package should be referred to USPS, as they will be able to answer your concerns or questions.
